What is covered by support?

Thank you for choosing a Vidal Themes product, we would like you to get the most out of your product as possible, and have a pleasant experience while doing so. If you need to ask for assistance...

Support covers the following:

  • Questions about using the template/theme.
  • Questions about setting up the theme/template for use.
  • Questions relating to setting up bundled scripts or add-ons.

Unfortunately some questions fall outside the remit of support, these include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customisation of a product.
  • Implementation of 3rd party add-on's or scripts that are not bundled with your theme/template.
  • Troubleshooting 3rd party code added by yourself, or someone acting on your behalf.
  • Questions that fall into the category of tutorials. For example, if you have purchased a HTML template, a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS will be a requirement.
